Well maintained luxury accommodations located
waterfront on a deep water canal: 3 private
bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, and full
sized washer and dryer. The huge den offers
a view of Gulf Stream Marina in the front and
boat slips in the rear. Enjoy central AC with
fans in all rooms, cable TV, private balcony
off of rear bedroom, eating bar, 2 boat slips
(approx 23'-25'), plus 30' frontage, fish cleaning
table, burner, pot, propane tank, charcoal,
BBQ pit, crab traps, picnic table and a 6' swing.
Under the camp is completely poured slab with
no sand to track in. Beach is located approximately
1 block from the camp.
What to bring:
Essential dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee
maker, blender and toaster are provided. Combined
there are 5 double beds, 1 single bed and a queen
sofa sleeper. Please bring bed linens, wash cloths,
bath dish and beach towels as well as blankets
for those who get cold in air conditioning. Paper
towels, tissue paper, detergent, cleaning supplies,
bath soaps, garbage bags and plenty of sunscreen
should be packed. |
